Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the PSP card and SevaCare’s services. Please read them carefully as they define your rights and obligations.

1. Service Uses: PSP cardholders can receive services only upon raising a demand. Payment is mandatory for outsourced services (hospitals, medicine, diagnostics).

2. Fees and Discounts:  ₹499-₹999, Gold: ₹1,999. Up to 10% discount on hospital bills for cash payments. Outsourced fees and SevaCare’s bill must be presented.

3. Refund Policy: 50% refund within 7 days of registration. Fixed fees (₹5,000) are refundable, subject to terms.

4. Data Uses: Data is collected and secured under the DPDP Act, 2023. Consent is mandatory; data is not sold to third parties.

5. Terminations and Disputes: Services may be terminated with 30 days’ notice. Disputes will be settled in Begusarai Court.
